FLASH MED LINEDRAWER
FLASH DRAWING ANNOTATION
Need for physician to be able to draw on body systems templates and
save annotated jpg on server in a data folder and also directly into
database as blob.
Flash linedrawer needs to obtain filename for storage from webpage text entry fields for subject_id and encounter_id
Initial implementation only needs to be
black/white single size brush, no need for fancy graphics drawing abilities
